Tony Swire & John Bishop

Tony and John met in 1977 through Market Drayton Round Table where they had a great deal of fun which largely has to remain a secret!

However, much of it was generated working alongside many other Tablers, raising many thousands of pounds for a variety of charitable organisations and individuals needing specialised help.

From this background, they both thought of this madcap idea to raise money and awareness for Diabetes UK by driving vintage tractors the length of the country.

We've done some daft things before, but this takes the biscuit!

We’ve always had fun, created some great memories and enjoyed wonderful camaraderie and this will prove just the same – bring it on!

We both enjoy normal lives due the medication and care we receive and are the beneficiaries of funds raised by others for much needed research.

So now we command our own time we want to give something back and what better way to bring attention to an increasingly common and very serious condition
